Artwork Quality Guarantee

If the artwork doesn't align with the promotion shown on our official website, you are entitled to a full refund.

Shipping Damage Policy

In the unfortunate event your artwork is damaged during shipping, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-risk money-back guarantee on your order. We’ll handle the return shipment process, with only the return freight being your responsibility.

Returns Requirements

To initiate a return:

  • Please contact our customer service team at kqcanvasart@outlook.com before returning your item for detailed instructions and the return address.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
  • Artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proper packaging is required to ensure a full refund.
  • Carefully unpack the artwork to avoid damage during the process.

Damaged Artworks Procedure

If your artwork arrives damaged, we offer a complimentary exchange. Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged artwork. We’ll handle the communication with the courier and ship out your replacement within just a few days.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from receipt of your artwork to request a return. After this, an additional 14 days is provided to complete the return process.

Since all of our paintings are purely handmade, if the buyer cancels the order more than 10 days after purchase, a production fee of $50-$150 may apply.

Non-Refundable Cases

If the artwork does not meet your expectations after receipt, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. A full refund will be issued upon the return of the artwork in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
