Q: How do you package your artwork for shipping?

A: At kqcanvasart, the safety of your artwork is our top priority. We use specialized packaging tailored to each type of artwork to guarantee it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Ships in a cardboard box: Large artworks (stretched or framed) are shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure the artwork is carefully packed with plenty of support, so it remains safe on its journey from our studio to your home.

  • Ships in a crate: Small-sized stretched or framed artworks are shipped in custom-built wooden crates. Larger artworks are also packed in crates designed for international travel. These crates are filled with secure packaging materials to hold your artwork firmly in place and tightly sealed for added protection.

  • Ships in a tube: For canvas pieces, we roll your artwork and ship it in a dent-resistant tube. This is ideal for oversized works and offers a more cost-effective shipping method while still ensuring the safety of your art. Upon arrival, we recommend sending rolled works to a local framer for careful unrolling, stretching, and framing.

Q: Will I be updated during the painting process?

A: Absolutely! Throughout the creation of your artwork, we will send you photos and videos of the painting in progress. You can provide feedback on colors, shades, and any adjustments you'd like to make. We’ll only proceed with shipping once you are completely satisfied with the piece.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We strive for quick delivery, generally within 5-7 days, through trusted couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

A: Our artists take anywhere from 3 to 12 days to meticulously craft each piece. We keep you updated with progress photos and ensure your approval before dispatching the artwork.
